Charms is the system we use for tracking information about your child.  In this system, you will find information that is contained on this website as well as information that is only found in the Charms Music Office Assistance system.

Before you can use this system, you must have the school code (BURLESONBAND) as well as your child's student id.

This information can be found on this website as well as in Charms.

This information is only available in the Charms system. Charms allow for a more secure management of your child's information.

• Finances - will show you information about trip ledgers, fee payment history, fundraiser activities, and student miscellaneous ledger.
• Student Forms - will show you what forms your child has turned in and if any forms are not completed.
• Absences - will show your child absences for band activities.
• Uniforms and Jackets - will show what your child has been issues and the condition each piece was when checked out.
• Assigned Inventory - will show any musical instruments assigned to your child
• Assigned Music - will show any music checked out to your child
• Student Information - student and parent information that we encourage each parent to update. With this information, it will allow us to get a hold of you via phone or email.
• Password Management - allows you to change your password

To enter Charms, you can go to http://www.charmsmusic.com or https://www.charmsmusic.com. You will need to use the school code of BURLESONBAND to enter. To see specific information about your child, you will need to also login to the system.
